About the experience

What can I expect from the event? From the heart of Korea, DREAM CONCERT arrives in the capital of the UAE! Held annually in Seoul since 1995, DREAM CONCERT brings together top K-POP artists and fans from around the world, celebrating youth, music, and global fan culture.
Where is the experience located?

The experience will take place at Etihad Park.

How to get there:

  • By car: To reach your destination, take Channel Street, merge onto Al Raha Blvd/Al Rahah St, then turn left onto Yas Drive, and keep right to continue onto Yas Dr to find your destination on the right.
  • By public transportation: Take Bus 216 (Al Shahamah Bus Stn. < Via Khalifa City) to the Yas Drive / Marina Circuit North bus stop, and take a short four-minute walk from there.
  • By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a cab or by using a ride-hailing app.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? This experience is held outdoors.
How long does the experience last? For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 7 hours at this experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase? You will be able to purchase food and beverage at this event.
Is there parking available? There will be parking available. An email with instructions on where to park on Yas Island will be sent out closer to the date of the festival.
Is there a dress code? There's no defined dress code for this experience; a casual look will be fine.
Will there be merchandise for sale? Yes! There will be merchandise for sale at the festival.

About tickets

Where can I get tickets? Once you have purchased your ticket(s), you will receive an email confirmation as proof of purchase. This is NOT your ticket(s).
When will I receive my tickets? You will be able to access your ticket on the Fever App 48 hours before the event date. Please ensure that you download the app available on Google Play and the Apple App Store before arriving at the venue to ensure a seamless check-in experience.
Can I purchase tickets at the door? We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website .
Can I transfer my tickets to another person? No, for this event you won't be able to transfer your tickets to another person. If you are unable to attend for reasons beyond your control, and/or wish to transfer the ticket(s) accordingly, cancellation/transfer requests will be assessed individually. A refund or transfer will only be issued if the Ticketing company receives organizer approval.
Do I need to print my ticket? You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do? For this event, all sales are final and tickets can’t be refunded, changed or modified. If you are unable to attend for reasons beyond your control, cancellation/transfer requests will be assessed individually. About access to the event

What are the entry requirements for this event? To gain access to the concert, you are required to download the Fever app from the Google Play or Apple App Store or. The tickets will be available only in the App with a Dynamic QR code that will appear 48H before the event. The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry once the show has started. No re-entry permitted.
Is the venue accessible? Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue. Please contact us if you require disabled or carer tickets. Please note that limited tickets are available.
Are portable handheld fans allowed at the venue? Yes, portable handheld fans are allowed.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?

No strollers, umbrellas, camping chairs. We will not be storing these items or letting them into the venue. No onsite bag drops or storage area.

Will there be strobe lights? Yes, strobe effects are used.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition? This is a standing experience, so there won't be any seating available.
Will restrooms be available on site? Yes, there are restrooms at the venue—please ask our staff on site for directions.
Can I take photos or record the experience? Feel free to take photos and share them. Please note that live streaming is strictly prohibited during the artist performances. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found? Yes, there is a lost & found. We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please reach out to Yas Island Abu Dhabi at 600 511115.
Is coat check available? No storage or cloakroom facilities will be available onsite. Bags larger than 30x30x15 are not permitted in the venue.
Is there an age requirement? The experience is suitable for 5+ years and above. Anyone under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older. When entering, there is a maximum of 4 minors per adult. Valid IDs will be required for entry. Strollers are not permitted inside.
